Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting orders over the phone. If you are having trouble placing an order please call 844-477-2958 and an associate will be happy to walk you through the process.

Can I add something to my order once I already checked out from BlackRadianceBeauty.com?

Once you have checked out from BlackRadianceBeauty.com your order is final. If you have forgotten something please call us at 844-477-2958 and we will do our best to help get you your additional items.

What forms of payment are accepted on BlackRadianceBeauty.com?

You can use any of the cards listed below to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us - we take security very seriously. 

 We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover credit cards.

We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.

 

SHIPPING

How do I know that my order is processing?

Once you have placed your order on BlackRadianceBeauty.com, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will ensure that your order is processing in our system. I saw that my order is “On Hold”, what does that mean?

Once we have printed your packing slip and are in the process of filling your order, we will always switch your order from “Processing” to “On Hold”. Depending on what day of the week you have ordered, your purchase should only be “On Hold” for a maximum of 72 hours. If your order is still “On Hold” after this time, most likely we are awaiting a shipment of product to complete your order. When will my order be shipped?

Once we have filled and shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will also give you a FedEx tracking number of your shipment. What if I did not receive an email with my tracking information?

If you did not receive an email containing your tracking information, please email us at customercare@blackradiancebeauty.com or feel free to call us toll free at 844-477-2958.

What if my tracking information given to me does not work?

In this case, please allow at least 12 hours for your tracking information to be updated on FedEx.com. If you are still unable to track your package, please email us at customercare@blackradiancebeauty.com or feel free to call us toll free at 844-477-2958.

How long does it usually take for my package to arrive to me?

Usually, shipments take between 7-10 days to arrive at its intended destination.

What if I have not received my package after 10 days?

If you still have not received your package, we may need to take a missing package claim with FedEx. In this event, please email us at customercare@blackradiancebeauty.com or feel free to call us toll free at 844-477-2958.

What if my tracking information says that there was a delivery exception on my shipment?

In this case, your package was not delivered because it required additional services to reach you. For this type of problem, your package is usually at your local Fed Ex location. Feel free to call FedEx at (800) 463-3339 and have your tracking number available.

What if I received my package and I did not receive the items that I ordered?

Does Black Radiance use animal by-products?

Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol - Lanolin is a natural, renewable raw material derived from shorn wool. It is a cruelty free by-product of wool washing which, if not utilized, would increase environmental problems associated with disposal.

Does Black Radiance test on animals?

WE DO NOT TEST ON ANIMALS nor do any of the materials we buy have tests performed on animals.
