Rated 4 out of 5 by anyaithomas from An Interesting Product I had to learn how to use this properly, before I began to really enjoy it. They are high pigment metallic bases that set really, really quickly so you have to work fast with them. You also can't be heavy handed with them in my view. You can place a pigment on top or you can just allow them to dry down on their own and layer them to give a wet look on the eye. Just be sure to let each layer dry down before moving on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ellen from Love Black Radiance Eye Appeal - Eye Shadow Base I like eyeshadow bases that are in pots instead of tubes so that I don't have to rub it on with my fingers - I can use a brush to brush it on. I brush on a thin amount of BR Eye Appeal with a little make up brush. It shows as a neutral colored glittery shadow on my lids. It can stay like that if you like that kind of style, but I brush over mine with my colored powered eye shadow, which covers up the glitter, - and IT STAYS ALL DAY (or night.) It really makes my powder shadow last and not move until I take it off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Leah from Itâs a decent product The eyeshadow base have glitters inside making it hard to apply a matte eyeshadow on top. But Iâm going to play around to see what works better with it. Also this eyeshadow base will stay in place how you applied it and drys fast.
